Exercise 1: Squat Jumps – 1 minute

Exercise 2: Push-up Walkouts – 1 minute

Exercise 3: Superman – 1 minute

Exercise 4: Hip Thrusters with a chair – 1 minute

Exercise 5: Plank – 1 minute

Exercise 6: Dips – 1 minute

Exercise 7: Split Squat – 45 seconds per leg

REST – 2 minutes

REPEAT THREE TIMES

Position Drills
